I am very pleased that it really does work. Some of the reviewers seem to think it will be ice cold or that it doesn't work as the fabric is dry but that is the point. The gel absorbs the water leaving the fabric dry to touch. But when it is around your neck your body heat causes evaporation from the crystals and for many hours gently cools the neck area. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great for times when you get overheated. *by L***H on 5 July 2017* It does the job. I, personally, find it a little wet, even though I wipe off the excess moisture before using, but it certainly cools me down. I found that if I kept turning it over while I was wearing it, it felt really cold again - it seems to regenerate itself!
