There is no instructions at all anywhere not even on the bottle.** A: After I shower, I put this in wet hair, just put 3 pumps (my hair is down to my bra strap in back, normal not thick) mostly on ends then blow-dry warm heat, (hold blowdryer at least 8"-10" away from hair so u dont burn or scorch hair if dryer is too warm/hot) Not hot heat, then when hair is about 1/2-3/4 dry, put blow dryer on COOL to finish atleast 30-60 seconds or til mstly dry.
