It is a medium sized bar and easy to hold in the shower. Make sure when you finish using it that you put it back into the packaging it came in so you can keep it for longer and away from water, until you next use it. My hair looked lovey after use as I have very fine hair. It is nice to use natural ingredients as Rice is very good for your hair growth. It was easy to condition my hair as you just slide the bar over your hair, I kept it on my hair for another five minutes then washed it out.
