I also printed off another document with yellow highlighting, and the highlighting comes out as green. So did they refill the cartridges with something other than the original colors that were in them? I refuse to print anything now, and my husband and I barely print as it is.To me, these are junk!! I don't print often so I missed the deadline to return the product. When I placed the cartridge into the printer, the printer said the cartridge was misaligned. When I pulled it out, I noticed ink was leaking from the plastic covering the ink hole. I tried again and got nothing but streaks in my projects involving that specific color (magenta). I wasted a lot of time trouble shooting the printer and came to the conclusion it was the cartridge (only after replacing it with an original cartridge) Spend the extra money and get the right cartridge for your printer.
