Threw them off in my sleep. Got a jaw device and it misaligned my teeth. CAUSED MY TMJ to hurt. Got rid of that FAST. I have never felt refreshed from any of these products. But i still worry about getting enuf air. I combine one of these with the silicone tape to keep my mouth shut (no snoring). I never feel refreshed, but I am getting air. I wonder why the apnea supply stores don’t sell this tape - instead, they sell you huge, bulky headbands to try to hold your mouth shut.
