Review: So chic!!! - HIGH QUALITY. This is the best faux candle I’ve gotten from desertcart!! It sheds a golden, flickering light, the plastic is nice and thick and the wick looks great. There’s no remote. There’s one simple on/off switch. When it’s on the “on” button, it stays on for 6 hours; then goes off for 18. It repeats every day. The switch is underneath the plastic screw in cover so with no remote, it’s cumbersome. It takes 3 D batteries. So I don’t want to run the juice out with the timer. I just leave the cover off for summer since it rarely rains here and turn it on when I need it. Since it’s oversized, it looks high-end. Putting a dinky, cheap-looking candle in a big lantern doesn't look good. But this look is AWESOME!!
