**Q: The speaker come in too**
A: I believe you are asking if the speakers come in a pair. If that is your question, than no, they come individually.
**Q: is this a krk rokit 6 or a rokit 5? i asked because of the first review here**
A: They are the KRK Rokit 6's, but they are Generation 3's not Generation 4's and they are passive which means you cannot connect them directly to you interface via 1/4 inch TRS cable you will need open wires to connect them to a preamp. I hope this helps, I got these by mistake trying to order the actives. I returned them and bought the actives and am very happy with them.
**Q: Do you need two for them to work or just one?**
A: Depending on your end use for these, one will function just fine in a mono setup. These are passive speakers and will therefore require an amplifier to power them. Most amplifiers you will find for this solution will be 2 channel, which is ready to run a stereo setup. I would recommend buying a 2 channel amplifier even if you don't plan on buying 2 KRK R6G3 monitors, leaving you the option to expand in the future.
**Q: Are these really the G3? because the picture shown is of the G2**
A: They look very much like my G3's except my pair does not have the two bolts on the face just to the right and left and above the tweeter as shown in this photo. So this probably is a photo of a G2.
