I kept one at work and two at home, regularly massaging in to my nails / cuticles. 7 months on and my nails are healthy with no splits or flaking.No product can improve your nails overnight. This one is okay but it isnt right good for rubbing in . It is a bit tacky /sticky ,no matter how little is used . I had been trying to get my usual which is " hard as hoof " . but it was always out of stock .the  green jar hard as hoof definatley does work . To be fair i would have to measure the results over a year.
