It leaves your hair beautifully soft and nourished. After washing, towel dry hair then apply the mask, comb through and leave for a minimum of 10 mins (the longer the better). I tend to knot my hair and clip it up before adding a plastic shower cap then apply heat (hairdryer) to give an extra boost.
