Review: Yes - I have four floors and there was no Wi-Fi on the top floor of my house. The ground floor was also an issue. It was so easy to set up. All I did was press the button on the extender and the other on the hub, find the name and connect less than 5 min . Now my daughter can use her phone and laptop without leaving the room. It works so well , full bars,I am super happy with this buy. Very good quality for the price. Counting from top to bottom , my hub is on the 3rd floor and I put the extender on the 2nd floor. She is on the 1st floor above and it’s working great. I would highly recommend to anyone
Review: Worse than useless! - I had a wifi extender for about two years, worked well enough before it didn't. So needed a replacement. My workstation at home is in the bedroom, two thick walls away from the router. 95% of the time it picks up the full signal (rated at 125Mbps but usually at around 133-137), but sometimes it doesn't. So I wanted something reliable to maintain the signal there, and into the next room. This device picked up the Wifi with no problem and my laptop then found it... but the speed stayed around 11!! It LOOKS like it's consistent, but that would take some weeks to ascertain. BUT 11 (fastest was 17!!)? I could tether it to my phone on 4G and get that! So just NOT using it is far better than having it on. The odd time I lose signal I can just wait , or restart the wifi finder. Sent back for refund.

**Q: Does it have a plug suitable to use in continental Europe? (I have seen some devices that have 'snap on- off' plugs for this)**
A: It has a fixed U.K. plug, why not contact the seller they maybe able to advise.

**Q: Reset button does nothing. I only have static power light. Was working fine until today. Any advice please?**
A: I am not happy at all of this product

**Q: Can anyone tell me the mbs speed supported by this device please**
A: I'm getting 50/60mps from mine (far end of the house). My WiFi is 1gb, so my extender is much lower, but 50/60mps is perfectly adequate for anything I'm liable to need. It's a good product.

**Q: Does this work with shy Q**
A: Doesn’t work, full stop. A complete waist of money. It made no difference to my Wi-Fi. Didn’t boost the signal. I don’t have sky so can’t speak for your situation unfortunately but I would advise to look at similar products before this one. Sorry 😔

I’ve just changed broadband provider and with my previous one I had a Wi-Fi extender I looked on Amazon and came across this one and it seemed good value for money so I thought I would give it a try It was easy to set up I’m no tech expert I followed the instructions Pressed the wps button on the hub and the same on the extender then went into Wi-Fi on my phone and searched for it gave it a name so I could identify it and put in my hub password and it was done 3 lights lit up then plugged it in at the bottom of the stairs and it’s worked a treat and made a big difference So far I’m very pleased with its performance
