Nel mio caso purtroppo ho avvertito solo un sollievo momentaneo, per alcuni minuti prima di addormentarmi e nulla più.Proverò ad utilizzarlo ancora e nel caso aggiornarò la recensione, ma per ora il giudizio si ferma a 4 stelle. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Se ha convertido en imprescindible *by H***Y on Reviewed in Spain on 16 August 2023* Por mi trabajo paso muchas horas al día frente al ordenador, y como consecuencia hace años empecé a tener dolores de cuello y hombros. Con el tiempo se ha ido agravando hasta tener dolores de cabeza con regularidad por las cervicales.Fui al médico, y tras varias pruebas y ejercicios de rehabilitación que no me hicieron mejorar en nada, la solución que me dieron fue tomarme paracetamol cuando me doliese la cabeza...Soy reticente a tener un "cacharro" más en casa, y tampoco suelo creerme los beneficios que prometen este tipo de productos de salud. Pese a ello, cuando vi que definía perfectamente mis dolencias y sus causas decidí probarlo sin tener ninguna fe en él. Y cuál fue mi sorpresa que tras el primer uso noté mejoría.El producto es muy simple: una almohada de goma dura (se agradecería un pelín menos de dureza, aunque quizás eso le haría perder efectividad) que tiene dos "rampas" una de ellas más pronunciada que la otra. Según recomienda el fabricante, si nunca hemos usado un producto de este tipo es mejor empezar por la parte menos pronunciada, y dejar la otra para cuando estemos más habituados.Se incluye una hoja con las instrucciones para usarlo correctamente, que en resumen es:- Tumbarse boca arriba, preferiblemente en una superficie dura- Poner la almohada de manera que el cuello descanse justo en medio. La "rampa" de la almohada debería estar tocando la parte alta de la espalda- Flexionar las rodillas para mejorar la circulación y de paso evitar que nos durmamos- Quedarse así durante 5-10 minutosNormalmente acabo el día con la zona del cuello dolorida y rígida, la sensación es de estar engarrotado, así que los primeros segundos tras poner el cuello sobre la almohada es de incomodidad. Es normal, hemos tenido durante todo el día el cuello inclinado hacia delante y ahora lo forzamos hacia atrás. Al poco tiempo dejará de ser molesto y empezará la parte relajante. Cuando te levantas tras usarla durante unos 10 minutos, la sensación en la zona es como de ligereza total.Como recomendaciones personales:- Úsala cuando puedas permitirte esos minutos de relax, sin ruidos ni nada que te moleste- Puedes acompañarlo con música suave- La parte donde descansa el cuello tiene 9cm de altura. Si incluso usándola por el lado menos pronunciado te resulta doloroso, puedes probar a ponerte encima de una esterilla dejando el cuello y la almohada fuera. De este modo reduces la altura en 0,5-1cm y por tanto la presión que ejerce la almohada sobre el cuello.Por ahora es todo lo que puedo decir, espero que a largo plazo usándolo a diario la mejora sea duradera y no un simple alivio temporal. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Entspannung "für Anfänger" *by V***T on Reviewed in Germany on 24 June 2023* Wie viele Menschen verbringe auch ich zu viel Zeit mit gesenktem Kopf und habe oft einen verspannten Nacken. Daher besitze ich bereits ein anderes Nackentraktionskissen, mittlerweile seit etwa einem Jahr. Ich verwende es gerne, aber nicht regelmäßig genug, und ich dachte, es könnte nett sein, noch eines im anderen Zimmer zu deponieren, so dass ich wirklich keine Entschuldigung mehr habe, meinen Nacken nicht täglich zu dehnen und zu entspannen. Und ich bin sehr froh, dass die Entscheidung auf dieses Kissen gefallen ist -- denn es passt entschieden besser zu mir als das andere! Ich habe keinen besonders langen Hals, und das andere Kissen musste ich mir immer ein bisschen "zwischen die Schulterblätter" klemmen (nicht wirklich, natürlich, aber ich musste es schon recht tief ansetzen), damit mein Kopf in der richtigen Position zu liegen kommt und nicht noch auf dem Kissen aufliegt. Es stellt sich heraus, das Nackenkissen von Anzorhal ist weniger steil, und so habe ich hier auf Anhieb eine entspannte Überstreckung, ohne dass ich lange an meiner Position herumjustieren muss. Wer also einen kürzeren Hals hat oder vielleicht schon eine stärkere Fehlhaltung, dem würde ich in jedem Fall zu diesem Kissen raten.Einen Punkt Abwertung gebe ich für die -wie in diesem Genre scheinbar übliche- "Anleitung", die kaum den Namen verdient. Ich persönlich habe mir auf Youtube ein paar Physiotherapeuten mit einem Traktionskissen angeschaut, um die richtige Positionierung zu üben, denn hier wird man nicht wirklich an die Hand genommen.
