I start my vegetables in the window every spring.. I ran a little late this year so purchased this lamp. Gave my vegetsbles the boost they needed.. made them bigger and stronger then in years past.. dropped one star off because I felt the higher settinc caused the casing around the lights to get to hot... seemed safe but didn’t like leaving it on the highest setting while I wasn’t home. ### ⭐ I would like to speak to customer service!..? *by A***R on April 24, 2018* Very disapointed. Plugged in and turned on in February. It seemed to work although a little noisy. Put it back in box until we planted our seeds. Does not work at all. Apears to be no power.
