I bought them on sale, I usually buy Alba Botanica spots which are cheaper . I've been alternating usage but I've noticed that because of the product packaging the LeSpot patches stay in better condition. The other ones dried out or got to much moisture (I live in a hot, humid area) and I can't even peel them off anymore. So these last a long time. The reason I still have so many isn't because I don't break out that much but I save them for when I really need efficacy because they really work. Any time I've used it for a longer period of time, say over 5 hours, I notice a difference. I don't usually wear them out but I did the other day and completely forgot about it. Helps with preventing irritating pimples further by forcing you to not touch them. I will definitely buy again.
