I have to bring it to work with me so it goes in my backpack all the time. (Why I had to start using a wireless charger is sometimes when I plug my galaxy note 8 in to charger it informs me that there's moisture in the port or in the charger. So there for I bought this wireless one to avoid the frustration, it's not helping! Grrrr, now this chargers port is loose and won't stay on. I tried to wiggle it, position it ever so gently to get that blue light on so I know it has power. BUT, no that doesn't work anymore. I swear it ruined every cord I put in there! UPDATE: well they sent me a new charger a week ago and so far so good (was a nice surprise). This version works SO MUCH BETTER. I am very happy. It charges much faster. Great product!I had high hopes for this charger. I was looking forward to having it at my desk at work to have my phone propped up and charging while working. Unfortunately, this charger does not charge my phone as quickly as I had hoped. This morning, I came to work with a phone that was a little less than half way charged, and four hours after putting it on the charger, it was only at 80%. I took my phones case off (Speck) and it made no difference.
