**Q: How frequently do people wash this?**
A: I don't know I sent it back as I could not get it to fit on my mattress !!

**Q: Does it really prevent bed bugs?**
A: yes.

**Q: Does the manufacturer suggest washing before use?**
A: Hi, Have recycled the packaging now but don't recall any recommendation to wash before use. There wouldn't be any need to pre-wash particularly as you would place your other mattress topper/bedding over it. Needs to be washed as and when but have a belief that products like this are manufactured to be at their most efficient before laundering.

**Q: i have 190X120  cm and 15 cm depth which size I should go for?**
A: All i can say is i got a king size for a king size bed and threes lots of room
