A: Bottle states it is BPA free and plastic 1,PETE or Polyethylene terephthalate. Plastic 1, 2,4 &5 are considered food grade in the U.S. Do Not allow PETE 1 plastic to get heated in warm environment or in sunlight too long or it will leach ethylene, which studies have shown to cause cancer and disrupt human pituitary function. Bottle itself on bottom states cool water use.

**Q: Will this fit 62 oz**
A: I do not know, I purchased these for my TAL bottle and they did not fit.  Sorry my answer could not help you.
