A: Get a block of stainless steel and use it like a bar of soap to remove those smells.
I think that these days enough people know this trick that someone probably sells a stainless soap bar. 
If you do not have a bar use stainless steel silverware.

**Q: Gojo vs Fast Orange  ?**
A: i have been a user of the fast orange for years.  Recently I needed a new jug and was appalled by the after use smell. So much so i washed my hand twice to get  rid of the odor.
I returned that container and bought another from a different store.  Much better but still left an unpleasant lingering odor. it did  eventually dissipate after an hour or so
