Created in collaboration with Chef Nicholas Lodge this beautiful Winter Spices cake decorating mould contains a highly detailed citrus slice, a star anise and a double cinnamon stick. Don't just think winter though as this citrus slice is amazing for spring cakes and cocktail cakes and the cinnamon stick is great for fun coffee cakes too. You won't believe the realism you can achieve with this beautiful mould for celebration cakes and cookies. All Katy Sue moulds are made in a factory in the UK and are made with FDA compliant food grade silicone. The moulds can be used with sugar paste, flower paste, modelling paste, marzipan, chocolate, candy, boiled sugar, polymer clay, paper clay, modelling clay, cold porcelain, salt dough and resin.
