A: I don’t know, I didn’t receive any straps either, but the picture shows straps. The seller told me that I can order more rods and straps but how can I order more when I never received any in the first place

This product is very misleading. When you read the detailed description, they failed to mention it’s just the umbrella tent and not the hardware that goes with it. When I inquired about returning it, they said I could but it would cost me $30. I’m pissed. Don’t buy.
