## Features

- COMFORT STARTS WITH A COOLER NIGHT SLEEP: The Novilla Queen mattress is constructed with a breathable combination. The outer cover helps to dissipate excess heat from your body. The interior uses gel memory foam and egg foam to enhance airflow within the memory foam mattress, ensuring you stay comfortably cool all night.
- PAIN RELIEF and WAKING UP REFRESHED: The 4-layer foam design of the mattress helps relieve pain and improve sleep quality. As you lie on the queen memory foam mattress, the gel-infused foam layer contours to your body, providing relief around pressure points such as hips and shoulders. Simultaneously, the comfort layer enhances foam mattress's bounce, preventing sinking while you sleep.
- SUPPORTIVE and MOTION ISOLATION: The queen size mattress offers solid support in every position. Even if you sleep on the edge of the bed, it will not slip. The high-density foam provides proper spinal alignment and effectively absorbs motion, making it an excellent fit for couples or anyone who is easily disturbed by movement on the queen foam mattress.
- QUEEN MATTRESS IN A BOX: The 12 inch mattress is compressed and delivered in a box, allowing for convenient delivery wherever you need it. It is recommended to wait for at least 72 hours to allow the mattress to fully expand to its original size. The memory foam used in the mattress is CertiPUR-US certified and odor-free, ensuring a healthy sleeping environment for you to enjoy.
- RELIABLE CUSTOMER CARE TEAM: Our goal is to provide you with professional and reliable after-sales service. We offer a 10-year warranty policy and a 100-day free trial sleep period for the queen mattress you purchase. If you are not satisfied, please feel free to provide us with feedback, and we will respond to you promptly upon receiving the information.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: I hear that sex on a memory foam is not good. Has anyone had problems with it?**
A: Use a wedge pillow or an assortment of positioning wedge pillows. They sell them single or sets. You can use them as support under arms, legs , back side… use your imagination. Get creative. Thanks to memory foam now you have an excuse to spice it up😉

**Q: Does the gel memory foam mattress work for the hot sleeper?**
A: I am a cold sleeper and I wake up in night sweats because of lack of breathability 9/10 times I’d say. It wasn’t until I purchased this bed that I understood when people would say they would wake up in a pool of sweat. It literally leaves a ring of sweat around where you were sleeping that you cannot escape. Worse, when you move to a different area that isn’t covered in a pool of sweat, you sink into the freezing cold of the bed as it forms to your sticky wet cold body and feels like you are having cold sweats. Because it doesn’t breathe it doesn’t matter if the bed is comfortable or not, you will still be waking up multiple times throughout the night to grab a towel to sleep on or wipe yourself off with. This is coming from a cold sleeper, as someone who would only ever sweat due to being sick. Do not make the same mistake I did. Do not waste your money. Save for a little longer to get a bed that will actually breathe!!!!

**Q: Does this mattress have any kind of trail on it? Like sleep on it for 60 days and if not happy money back?**
A: Yes. There are some such offers by the sellers, 30 day money back guarantee.

**Q: Can anyone who bought the mattress tell the feel of the mattress? I don't like a firm bed at all.**
A: This mattress is very firm. We had it for almost a year and ended up buying a new mattress because we were not sleeping. You sink in, but then the bed just becomes hard underneath you. I would wake up stiff every morning from lack of support for my joints.
