A: It’s on the bottom but yes you can see it. It’s a very pretty cutting board.

**Q: Is the surface totally smooth, or textured?**
A: Totally smooth.

**Q: Can it be put in the dishwasher?**
A: I haven’t tried it.  I just wipe it off.

**Q: Set of 1? Is that a typo? Should it be set of 10? (Set requires more than a single or 1 piece)**
A: Typically, "set of" indicates "number of" pieces, when ordering things, though not how we would normally speak.
The boards I ordered were different, and contained 5 different boards as noted in size descriptions of each.
