Their response was “but does not apply to normal wear and tear,” and to send it back for them to evaluate (on my dime). So basically the device will not hold up. Too bad.Pros:Loved the design and the ability to quickly add or remove keys and rings. Loved ability to separate the two halves. Looks sharp and solid.Cons: After a year, it broke where the two halves are joined by a swivel connector. See the pic. The issue apparently is that the hole on the one side (which the pin from the other side fits into) simply wore to the point where it no longer holds the "rim" of the pin. This could be the other way around and the ring on the pin wore down.
