I like to pad out the top part to even out the bottom half a bit. I use a padded bra ( no wire) on a daily basis but for a bathing suit or gym bra, I simply slot these into the cup seem and the results are perfect. Just as I've also often done so with a bra that has a pocket with a padded insert I'm well into my 50's and these are still suitable. I loved the personal touch in post and packaging.
