After a delivery mishap, I was able to receive a replacement by Photodon after getting in contact with them, got it very quickly with no issue. Second, the screen protector is in AMAZING quality. At that point I realized that I HADN'T done so, thinking that there was only ONE protective liner covering the product.Fortunately, I hadn't thrown the sample away and applied it — removing the back liner, as well — and it looked GREAT! Crystal-clear, with no perceptible distortion or blurriness. USER ERROR.
