Such was the case this evening when I really needed to use it as I had not been consuming enough water and found myself in a bit of a problem. As I went to hook everything up I noticed that the enema screw in plug would NOT screw into the bag and therefore made the bag completely useless and my problem even worse. I am trying to find out how to go about getting my money back right now. My advice to you don't buy something this personal online where you can't SEE how it is made.RGA!!!
