Unreliable look for something else and dont buy this product. *by J***N on Reviewed in the United States on July 12, 2019* Junk.The connection female Jack on the belt and the Male jack that is the actual power cord doesn't keep a good connection to the jack on the belt and you have to twist that part of the belt to get it to work but it only lasts for so long then you have no power because the connection of the to suck and mine stopped working after 4 months. I really relied on the massaging belt do to horrible GI and digestion problems. The heating part of it and the massaging part of this belt worked awesome till the connection problems started now it's in the dumpster waste of money.
