The rocking is subtle and the music is perfect. The remote use is so convenient also! If you’re a new parent or a seasoned professional this is perfect and worth every penny… honestly I would have paid more for something this nice!!!!! Thank you desertcart Review: Motor stopped working at 4 months - This product was amazing except for little things - when you press the remote buttons it is unnecessarily LOUD. The music is also not soothing so we never used that feature. The rocking was worth the purchase. However, the bassinet started clicking whenever we turned on the rocking feature. Then at 4 months, the motor completely stopped working and the bassinet will no longer rock. If you go to the support website, it is expired. Due to the short lifespan of this product and lack of support, I give it 2 stars. ## Features - GENTLE AUTOMATIC ROCKING: VaVaSoo electric bassinet features 3-speed auto rocking motion that gently soothes baby to sleep faster and longer. Results may vary. **Q: Will this stop my baby from crying?** A: Every baby responds differently to motion and soothing. Gentle rocking may comfort some babies, but crying can also be from hunger, gas, tiredness, or other needs. This product is designed to support soothing routines, not replace caregiver care. **Q: Does the bassinet stop rocking automatically after 45 minutes?** A: Yes, it’s designed with an Auto Shut-Off feature. This helps protect the motor and saves parents from having to turn it off manually at night. If you’re using it during the day, just restart it after 45 minutes if needed. **Q: Can the wheels be locked for stability?** A: Yes, the 360° wheels can be locked for stability. For bedside use, we include two straps to secure the bassinet. **Q: Is the bassinet difficult to assemble?** A: Not at all! The bassinet can be assembled in under 3 minutes without tools. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This is the one!!!!! *by T***S on 27 August 2026* This is by far the best one to get, easy to put together and very sturdy and well made. The breathable mesh sides gives us peace of mind, and the rocking feature is a huge plus. The built-in music works well, but we'd prefer if it repeat a certain one instead of rotating. The remote control is very responsive and easy to use.
