I replaced because the old one’s frame started to crack, and once it did, it cracked in several places, quickly. It had also yellowed. When I got this one, it’s bright white frame looks better with my white dryer. Frame fits well. There are some little guide pieces that help it snap snugly to the dryer. They often pop out of place, bowing the frame out slightly, from the opening on the dryer, when I remove the lint. But it pops right back into place with a slight push and stays snug during drying.
