It has formaldehyde in, there are formaldehyde free options. If you have a thin nail plate you may find sensitivity and would be better with Light and White, formaldehyde free but get same results over a longer period. Microcell is a fab range. **Q: How often do you apply cell 2000 nail repair** A: I use it as a base coat when I change my nail polish, about once/twice per week. Used for a couple of years now, nails strong but not brittle and less prone to peeling, can recommend. **Q: can you use nail polish remover to take it off** A: I use the micro cell nail varnish remover. I don't know if using ordinary remover would be detrimental but I wouldn't risk it. You only have to use very little of the micro cell remover so it lasts for ages.
