Review: Best Keto Noodle - I have tried several Keto noodles over the last year and they all had various issues: strange flavor, starchy texture or they fell apart when I put them in sauce. Noodle Revolution is superior! I added the noodles to heated spaghetti sauce and they did not fall apart. They don't taste like wheat noodles but they have a similar flavor and mouth feel. Review: Best pasta substitute I've tried yet - This is the closest substitute for pasta I've found yet. Very low carbs and accepts sauces and broth very nicely. It is a bit too soft to compare to lets say ramen noodles but pretty close and no strange flavors. I think the price is way to high for the portions though. I wish I could find a recipe to just make this at home. I'll just use them for the quick meal like ramen but use real broth and maybe canned chicken or other meat. Too expensive to use more often than that.

**Q: Do they taste or smell fishy?**
A: There is no smell at all, and the taste is neutral, very similar to regular noodles. It sounds like you've experienced the bad taste and smell that comes with konjac/shirataki noodles. These are totally different due to being made with a real food ingredient: egg whites. This changes everything.

**Q: Do the packaged noodles need to be stored in the refrigerator until use?**
A: no, you don't need to refridgerate, just store in the pantry or cabinet.

**Q: Are they squeaky? You know what I mean...**
A: We've heard the term "squeaky" used with regards to shirataki/konjac noodles about a sound they make when cooking. These noodles are nothing like those, I've never heard any noise come out of them, they behave just like real wheat or rice noodles and have an amazingly close texture.

Well, I only received the vermicelli in my combo pack and no Ramen. I will speak to that. I like that there is no stinky smell and the texture and taste was really good to me. They do tend to be a little watery but with a regular sauce, I guess they would be OK. I tried to do a butter Parmesan sauce and it was a little watery. But the taste was excellent. I will buy again.
