Review: Excellent sensors - Excellent sensors. Very long battery life using BLE technology. Used one of these sensors to replace a rechargeable Z-Wave sensor that had to be recharged every four months, necessitating reaching it via stepladders, a real pain. The new Shelly sensor has been operating for over three months now and remaining (cheap) battery life is still 95% Fast response for a sensor at this price point. Usual high Shelly quality. Works with the Shelly app or with Home Assistant using a Bluetooth proxy such as the one built in to many Shelly devices.

Excellent sensors. Very long battery life using BLE technology. Used one of these sensors to replace a rechargeable Z-Wave sensor that had to be recharged every four months, necessitating reaching it via stepladders, a real pain. The new Shelly sensor has been operating for over three months now and remaining (cheap) battery life is still 95% Fast response for a sensor at this price point. Usual high Shelly quality. Works with the Shelly app or with Home Assistant using a Bluetooth proxy such as the one built in to many Shelly devices.
