Review: Good quality and easy to use for beginners - I found it a quite good quality. It has a real medium strength for beginners. It is good additional stuff for morning exercises. I use it to create shape for my arms and chest. After a week the quality is the same. But if you have the strong arms you need to buy another one; for instance, black or purple. Mine is green colour. It doesn't have specific strong odor that can cause of allergy. So, if you are beginner like me than you will enjoy this band. Ah, yes. I can take it with me in the office or for holidays it weights for nothing but provides good charge of enrgy. So,Im enjoy.

**Q: Are these made from Latex?**
A: Yes I believe so.

**Q: What are the strengths of each band? It doesn’t seem to say anywhere in description?**
A: They are standard strengths for colours yellow light etc

**Q: What strength are they?**
A: From what I remember the blue band is 30-80kg resistance for body weight 90kg+

**Q: Resistance?!?**
A: I couldn't find the resistance reference on their website, but the pink is the lightest in their therapy bands. I use these for pilates and shoulder exercises, it is quite light in terms if resistance. I have the magenta as well and there is a big difference between the two. You might want to contact Coresteady direct.

I’m very happy with the Coresteady Resistance Band. It feels strong and well-made, not cheap or flimsy. The resistance is steady and smooth during exercises.
