The fit is very comfortable, as I wear these a long time while working.At first I had an issue with it falling out of my ear when I tilted my head. However, the headset does come with many different sized ear plug pieces and when I change it the headset fits perfectly and no longer falls out of my ear when I tilt me head.I recommend this bluetooth headset.P.S. I lost my first pair (fell out of jacket pocket). I loved this headset a lot, so I bought 2 more pairs. One to leave at work the other for around the house.
