I purchased it for grinding seeds, such as flax and pepitas. It works extremely well, creating a very fine grind for adding seeds that are completely undetectable in smoothies. When I opened the box, the accessory scoop that has a brush at the end of the handle was damaged. The bristles in the brush were all bent in different directions. I went online to register the grinder, and contacted customer support to ask for a replacement scoop. They responded within hours, asking if I would be okay with a longer wait to have the accessory shipped from overseas. I said that would be fine, because I didn’t want to have to exchange the whole item. Today, I received not only a replacement accessory, but FOUR!
