Bostik 2402 Neoprene Glue Hardener is a professional-grade adhesive system combining neoprene glue with a specialized hardener for superior bonding on rubber and metal surfaces. It features a fast 10-minute drying time, a 2-hour pot life for mixed adhesive, and exceptional temperature resistance, making it ideal for high-performance industrial and repair applications.

## Description

Presentation: Special neoprene + 2402 Bostik hardener glue rubber on metal 1L. The high-performance glue contact with separate hardener can be applied with a brush on natural rubber, neoprene, nitrile, Hypalon and laminate. It can be used after it has been printed with primary metals. Features: Neoprene + 2402 Colour: Cream Packaging: Hardener glue 1L + 40 ml hardener Minimum Temperature: + 15 °C Drying time: about 10 minutes maximum open time: 45 minutes depending on the porosity of surfaces, the temperature and relative humidity (Max 70% RH) life in Blend Mix: 2 hours to proportion of the mixture: can be used after mixing pot 4.5% by weight of the advantages at a glance: Hardener metals resistance to removal and provides an exceptional adherence to temperature without the tolène tips: surfaces must be clean, dry, clean surfaces, dépoussiérés, dégraissés and not fragile. Usage Instructions: Apply with a brush or a fine toothed spatula. Apply an even layer of glue on each side to assemble. Allow to dry before use solvents 10 to 15 mins. Surfaces to come into contact encollées by exerting pressure for a few seconds (15 to 20 seconds). The Catch is immediately and does not allow for adjustment. On porous materials, it is recommended to apply an initial layer of glue or allowed to dry for a minimum of one hour. The maximum strength is obtained after 24 hours. Use Bostik products with care.
