I searched through desertcart and was only finding pork scratchings and the pork rind stuff that have the thick layer of fat. I eventually found these and they are amazing. Huge bags of deliciousness. Great value for money and exactly what I want. I use these on my low carb plan as an alternative to bread coating for things like chicken. I do an egg wash, crush the crunch and dip the meat into the egg then crunch. It makes delicious KFC style chicken. I also just, guilt free, eat them with no concern that I am impacting on my carb intake. I have all the flavours and love, love, love them!

These are almost too flavorful since I tend to want to eat a full bag. But the pieces are fluffy and crunchy, not as dense as traditional British crackling. It's not too salty, which is why I don't tend to like the grocery store brands.
