It works really well, I'm very pleased so far. It includes a wind shield and an adaptor to allow installation on cameras with the larger microphone support. So it will install both on my Sony Digital Betacam and smaller JVC HDV broadcast camcorders. Downsides: Well the user manual could have been better written, for a product intended for professional use.
