So in short No it’s not that type of extension you describe **Q: Does the single contain the cable as well** A: I think you mean is the cable in the drum the answer is yes. You plug into your garage or home socket then run the cable out to whatever you need in garden. Strimmer hedge cutter lights etc. Then wind up cable inside drum when not in use. **Q: Will this product be suitable for a small electric BBQ** A: This extension lead is suitable for garden use, for loads up a maximum of 13A when fully unwound ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best extension ever *by A***L on 28 April 2020* I bought a shorter version of this lead in b&q a couple of years ago and was so impressed I bought this longer one on Amazon. Hands down best extension lead ever. This winds up with absolutely no effort at all, never gets snagged inside, build quality is unparalleled in my opinion too. Honestly winds up nice and tidy and friction free. Great British design. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Easy to use, does what it’s supposed to. *by N***. on 26 July 2022* The reel is quite large but it’s very easy to wind and unwind. Also the carry handle is a good feature.Overall, sturdy and well made and better than other more expensive alternatives. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good power line. *by C***S on 21 April 2022* Very Happy. ## Frequently Bought Together - SMJ Electrical RP1513 13A 4G 15 Metre Reel Pro Cable Reel with Thermal Cut Out, Black/Yellow - Pro Reel CP0510 5 m Extension Reel - Grey --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.tn/products/54286820-smj-electrical-rp1513-13a-4g-15-metre-reel-pro-cable](https://www.desertcart.tn/products/54286820-smj-electrical-rp1513-13a-4g-15-metre-reel-pro-cable) --- *Product available on Desertcart Tunisia* *Store origin: TN* *Last updated: 2026-10-19*
