A: Nope. We never have done and never had it go off.

**Q: What fish is in it?  Shellfish?**
A: The ingredients say Fish Sauce is used. As this product is made in Japan, the Japanese use Sardine and Squid or Sailfin Sandfish or Sand Lance in their Fish Sauce. To be sure, perhaps try contacting Kikkoman Customer Services.

**Q: How many do you get?**
A: Its a pack with 6 bottles 250 ml bottles in it

**Q: What is the Expiry date of the products?**
A: The ones I received expired in April 2022.  I guess the dates are going to alter by batch, but when I received mine there was just under 2 years left on expiry.

Typically I use this to marinate chicken for a few hours before cooking it. It gives a delicious, full bodied flavour and seems to result in a more tender chicken. And if you're lucky enough for some to congeal to the rice you get a really strong and umami treat.
