I always used a phone holder, but hated that it used up one of my cup holders. I saw one similar to this on QVC, and then went on to Amazon to see what was available. I searched a lot because I always keep my phone in a case and had to make sure the one I ordered would allow me to do so. I read good reviews about this and decided to purchase it. Installation was very easy and the instructions were clear and well done. I love that I can adjust the height and that my phone fits easily into it. The one minor issue I have is that I drive a Subaru Forrester, and I couldn't make the base wide enough to fit securely in the existing cup holder. As you can see from the picture, I used the bubble rap that came with the holder to fill in the gaps. That seems to work well.
