A: It is mustard so somewhat spicy but not especially peppery. It does have that special green pepper taste, rather like a California pepper tree smells

A: This crock contains 8.8 oz of mustard.

**Q: pommery:  what is still pure? as all generations have enjoyed your recipes of vinegar (is preservative), mustard, sea salt, real food - no additives?**
A: I don’t use the Green Label - far too hot to be enjoyable. I use the brown label and it does not list anything but: water, vinegar, mustard seeds, Salt and Spices.
