Unfortunately we discovered that the steam dial at the top of machine is not working at all. According to istructions attached, your are supposed to twist it anti clockwise to release the steam from the 'capucciono maker' ( have no idea why producers called that part like that as it's doesn't make a cappucino, but only frothed milk, therefore they should call it steam makes or sth. It's confusing when you want to buy a product and ypu expect sth different). We have contacted the DeLonghi customer service. It was difficult as well as you can't just find a contact number to DeLonghi coffee makers department. Instead you can call Nespresso customer service. Ridicculous. Finally someone from John Lewis has provided a correct number to DeLonghi coffee makers customer service and we've been told that the steam dial should not work like that and they suggest aking for refund or replacing the product with new one - so we did.You can imagine how much we're surprised when we collected the new machine with THE SAME PROBLEM. The steam dial doesn't twist at all. We've been asking DeLonghi wheter is any blockade that should be unlocked before first use, but they said there is no such a thing.In addition to this, we were also disappointed how the 'warm cup' 'function works. I think there is a lot of marketing language about this product and the producers want to sell the product as best as possible but the functionality leaves a lot to be desired. Warm cup 'function' simply means that you have to make a coffe into your cup, without any coffee. You just attach the filter holder onto the appliance without adding pre-ground coffee. Then you plece your cup and the hot water comes into it and heats it. Then your remover the water, your cup remains hot, and you're doing this step again but now with pre-ground coffee. This is very time consuming to just heat your cup.The producer call this one a white colour, but be aware that it cream pearl.Otherwise the coffe taste is nice - as long as you like drinking just a warm coffe with no frothed milk. But is it really worth your mony to pay for something that you canot use? ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Schöne Espressomaschine (auch für große Tassen) *by A***E on Reviewed in Germany on 6 January 2017* Sehr schöne Espressomaschine. Schmale Maschine in schönem Design.Tolle Crema bei 1 und 2 Tassen Espresso.Kaffeepads funktionieren auch super, wenn man will.Eine große Tasse Americano funktioniert dank der abnehmbare Tropfschale auch. So lassen sich auch die großen Kaffeebecher darunterstellen.Milchschaum funktioniert mit etwas Übung auch.1 Punkt Abzug weil die Maschine eher leicht ist und man beim Siebträger einhängen die Maschine festhalten muss.
