It arrived promptly and looked lovely and of a high quality. It fitted our cot bed perfectly and had plenty of straps to attach it safely to the bed. I was very pleased with my purchase.Following the first wash in the washing machine the padding inside the fabric became lose and I spent the better part of half an hour to try and adjust it within the fabric. This worked on three of the four sides but I had to open the stitching on the fourth side to adjust the padding and restitch the fabric afterwards. I complaint and was offered a 50% discount given that the item was out of stock and it was not possible to send me a replacement. I accepted the refund thinking that if I would have to adjust the padding every so often that would be well acceptable given the reduced price. Despite the fact that I was no longer pleased with the quality of the product, I was very pleased with the customer services.Six months on and a couple of more washes later (following the washing instructions on the label) the padding has become all lose and the cot bumper no longer meets its purpose as it sits in a lump close to the mattress. My options are now reduced to either a) buying a new cot bumper or b) keeping the fabric and buying new padding.
