I purchased it thinking it was black, but next to actual black or charcoal, it looks like a dark midnight blue, it's darker than navy blue. The other colors are a true slate blue, a marigold gold tone (no shimmer) closer to bronze than gold, and a light gray. **Q: Do these comply with the American Disability Act (ADA)?** A: I dont know it meets the ADA act, though I am disabled myself and did the work of placing the title down with no problems.
