I have since done some research on the sellOttO site and have found that there are a number of comfort opions, which weren't made very clear on Amazon. True, the company does offer a money back 30 day trial but since receiving it, the weather (snow and ice) hadn't been condusive to cycling, so by the time the worst of the bad weather was over, the 30 days had passed!
