Rather than sending it back I took it apart and pushed them home, reselling and the hands have been fine since. However, in effecting my own solution I noticed there were two screws missing and the wire from the battery to the power unit doesn't have its own slot so SITS proud at the join. This is clearly a design oversight and I am hoping it isn't going to be an issue, ### ⭐ Ahead of its time...
