I press the question mark key combination and I get a totally different symbol. Same thing happens for the underscore. I really liked the product and I would rather just replace it rather than refund it.I LOVE this so far! Connects easily and works flawlessly as both a smart cover and keyboard. Makes working on my iPad MUCH easier and faster esp when using my spreadsheets! Although the concept of this case/keyboard is good, the execution and application are TERRIBLE. I bought this item about a month and a half ago, and it has already broken. To specify, the main part that makes this entire concept interesting to begin with, broke. That is, that circular thing that allows you to rotate the iPad screen, and essentially, holds the entire thing together; you are then left with just a case on the back of your iPad, that cannot be attached to the keyboard or rotated anymore.
