It has helpful recipes, menu plans and other help regarding detxosing and cleansing your environment as well as your body. HOWEVER..... Some of the information conflicts with other eczema plans and diet sheets It really does not make a plan simple to follow. I have a very simple eczema cleanse diet plan and shopping list which I downloaded from the internet, put together by an American M.D and recommended by a holistic nutritionist who 'cured' her own eczema using this diet.
