They easily cover your nipple scars with extra room. After 2 weeks I was cleared to take my surgical tape off and my breasts were still really swollen and I couldn't wear a bra. I put these on and your nipples still stick out in clothes so I would use the surgical tape and tape my nipples down with the tape attached to the silicone sheeting. I felt comfortable and no one could tell I wasn't wearing a bra. I took them off one day and forgot to put them back on and my incisions starting itching really bad after an hour or so. I am not sure how others survive a breast lift without these! I would not recommend cutting these like I would the underneath Epi-Derm Anchor sheets. I have worn them everyday for a month and they still stick great. I went to my surgeons for a follow up and my Dr. and his PA were saying how great my scars looked and asked what I had been using. I am 6 weeks out from my lift and my scars have minimal redness and have healed so great I think in part to these silicone sheeting. I had read other reviews that they don't stick. Make sure not to work out in these. If you are going to sweat then you need to take them off and reapply after your shower. If your skin is clean and dry they should stick perfect.
