After two years hard use it is wearing in nicely. I carry a Microsoft Surface and an IPad in the padded pocket.chargers, sunglasses, reading glasses, notebook, stacks of paperwork, kindle and other detritus. The strap is strong and comfortable, the spare handle on the back really useful. the zip is great and very protective, and the canvas outer stands up to a lot of abuse (I'm constantly travelling and this bag is good for going under the seat in front on an airliner keeping everything I need close at hand and not in the overhead.
